A small weekend retreat overlooks a regenerative agricultural experiment.

Based on the southern dogtrot, the simple house features a cathedral ceiling over open living space with sleeping quarters and lofts above as book-ends.

The simple modular floor plan is designed for future expansion as the clients needs may evolve in time.

The project is not quite finished but nearing completion
